Continuing our series on the actors who play the smaller rolls in the High School Musical films, we focus today on Jessica Tuck-Mrs Evans. Jessica was born February 19, 1963 in New York City. She graduated from Yale University with a degree in psychology. Jessica’s big acting break came in 1988 when she landed the role of Megan Gordon Harrison on the soap opera One Life to Live. She played Megan regularly from 1988-1992 and then in guest appearances in 1993, 1999 and 2004. She was rumored to be returning again this fall but had to cancel due to her High School Musical commitments.
In addition to her role as Sharpey and Ryan’s mother in High School Musical 2 and 3, she has appeared in the movies Rising Sun, Batman Forever and she lent her voice to the character of Chris in The Little Toaster goes to Mars. She has appeared in numerous television shows also, such as; Home Improvement, Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman, Seinfeld, and Judging Amy. She also played the part of Nicole Brown Simpson in The O.J. Simpson story.
